They replaced the tile floors in a 1/2 bath, a full bathroom, and did extensive grout and sealant repair in the master bath. We provided our own tile for the job. The guys (wish I could remember their names) arrived on the date and time scheduled. They said the job would take two days and it took two days. The work was professional and it looks outstanding. They also did an excellent job cleaning up. It's a bit expensive ($4K for this job), but worth every penny when you see the final result.

I let my two bathrooms get completely out of control. After spending a small fortune on cleaning products that didn't work, I knew I needed professional grout cleaning. Grout Medic to the rescue !! Dave worked up an estimate and Wanda scheduled the times. But the real hero is Mauricio who transformed both bathrooms from moldy, shampoo discolored crime scenes into a sparkling clean brand new, shiny white showrooms! The bathrooms look brand new! Mauricio showed up promptly at the scheduled time, worked diligently for hours, and made sure that everything was satisfactory before he left. I would highly recommend Mauricio and Grout Medic!

Today we had the floors in our kitchen and master bath steam cleaned and sealed. We also had the grout replaced in the master bath shower as well as the floor in our guest bathroom. In addition, all the caulking in both bathrooms was removed and redone. Our bathrooms look better then the day we moved in and our house is 13 years old!! If you are interested in having your bathrooms refreshed I highly recommend this company. No charge for them to come estimate the job. Three young men arrived right on time and in five hours had the job completed. No smoke breaks, no mess left behind and the price was very good as well.

Great to work with. The estimate was quick and easy. Jason came to perform the work. He was friendly and professional. We had our shower grout replaced as well as some caulk work done. The work is flawless. Jason cleaned up any evidence he was even here. Much appreciated.

Hired this company based on a recommendation of a friend that lives in the area to get my bathrooms re-grouted. Service was good, customer service was nothing to be excited about. If I ever need service again in the future I would consider hiring them again

John and Raip showed up when they said they would and were friendly and professional. They spent the entire day regrouting and re-caulking our shower, paying careful attention to every detail. I couldn't be happier with the result. They regrouted our shower and tub, caulked the entire bathroom, and cleaned the grout between the floor tiles. After a shower enclosure install (by another company) went awry, Grout Medic came back and replaced two tiles that the shower installers ruined. Outstanding work, looks perfect. I'll definitely call them again whenever I need work done. Two of the pictures are what the shower installers did and the last one is after Grout Medic replaced the broken tile.

These guys performed even better than expected. I had them regrout a shower, clean hard water stains off of tiles, clean the shower pan, clean grout on bathroom floor and regrout the floor of another bathroom. Everything looks brand new. They were quick to respond and had a technician available the next day. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional.

We had a great experience with Grout Medic. I requested a quote for steam cleaning and seal our foyer and laundry room tiles, removal and re-grouting our kitchen counter tops as well as work in Master Bath and guest bath. Justin and Mauricio arrived on time and were courteous and professional. Their work was very proficient, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. It was my pleasure to have them in my home. Our Master walk-in shower was in dire need of a face lift. We had hard water stains, grout missing between tiles, mold on the caulking. As much as we tried to clean it, it never really felt clean. George came out and we discussed the problem at hand and he provided solutions to mitigate it. The end result was amazing, it looks like a new shower. Our kitchen counter tops caulking where the back splash meets was done by the previous owner and poorly applied. Grout Medic removed and re-grouted those areas to bring it back to its former glory. George recommended that we match the existing grout color versus the clear caulking that was there. It was a smart decision and it paid off. Our Guest bath caulking around the tub was cracking and needed to be removed and reapplied. We would definitely hire Grout Medic again, I'm very happy with all that was done and the price.

Needed grout redone in a new condo I bought on Cap Hill, they came out to provide a quote and were easy to schedule the appointment. Other grout companies hard to reach, never responded or "we don't do Cap Hill/condos." When the tech Justin came out to work, he saw that it needed more work then originally quoted hence the 1 star deduction as the first guy should have quoted accurately. However, they were quick to reschedule two days later and Justin was fantastic to work with. They said he's the only one that does DC. Shower looks great and should definitely last longer until I can afford to redo everything.

After several crazy quotes on our dingy shower that needed lots of help, the team at Grout Medic gave us an affordable solution that helped our shower look brand new. All the other companies just wanted to tear it out and charge us thousands of dollars to do what the Grout Medic did for wayyyy less. We needed to have our master bath shower re-grouted and re-caulked after we had found a water stain in the ceiling below. We contacted The Grout Medic and they came out and gave us an accurate quote and scheduled us quickly. The technician showed up promptly on time and did an amazing job.
